Refund Policy

We believe that having happy customers is the best business strategy we can have and we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with what has been purchased from us!

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with what you have received we can look at a return or exchange, all you need to do is email. You can return any item to us (excluding personalised products) within 7 -14 days of purchase or exchange unless damaged or faulty. Items need to be returned in the condition they were sent, with all packaging for a full refund of the item. Postal-refunds are down to the discretion of the product. 

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Additionally, if you wish to cancel an order just email:, unless it is a personalised item already in production.

  • All items to be returned unused and in its original packaging and condition along with a copy of your dispatch note.
  • You are responsible for the return of goods to the named addressed. We highly recommend obtaining a Certificate of Posting from Royal Mail as insurance for goods lost in transit.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be made to you within 3-5 days of receipt of the returned goods.
  • Refunds will be made via your original payment method.
